Here are some easy ways to get Rainforest hooked up with your testing environment.

Basic HTTP Auth

The easiest way is to use http auth. Set a username and password on your environment, and then we're ready to go!

The end result looks something like:

http://username:password@staging.example.com

This sets your environment up so anyone can visit the URL, but only those with the right credentials may login.

White-List our IP Addresses

You can also white-list our IP range. The two options for getting the list are 1) programmatically via the API or 2) copying from this article.

This takes a little more doing. But! It works better if your DevOps team is sensitive to making your testing environment public.
